Human Resources

The Human Resources Division of the City Manager's Office provides personnel services to the City's departments, including recruitment and selection of new employees, new employee orientation, position evaluation and classification, compensation surveys, maintenance of employee records, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, and development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. The division also assists in employee relations and labor negotiations.
